Electric Airport Catering Truck Body

Description:
The electric Airport catering truck is equipped with food-grade hygiene quarantine B1-level flame-retardant composite panel material for the body panels. The thickness of the insulation side panels is 75mm, the insulation bottom panel is 100mm thick, and the top panel is 105mm thick. The insulation performance is excellent and it has obtained a national invention patent (Patent Number: ZL 2017100397429). The interior of the box is lined with lightweight, high-grade, and heat-insulating FVR structural profiles. The insulation coefficient (W/㎡, K) of the box is ≤ 0.45, and the density of the box is 40kg/m³. The non-penetrating riveting process is used, and imported EVA sealant is used for sealing. The bottom panel is made of custom 7075 series corrosion-resistant high-strength patterned aluminum plate. The floor is flat and resistant to pressure, making the catering truck move more smoothly. The bottom panel is fixed with bottom bolts, and there are no process holes on the surface, which prevents water from penetrating into the bottom insulation board through the rivets, and is convenient for vehicle cleaning, eliminating the phenomenon of cleaning water flowing into the floor. A duckbill-shaped drainage outlet is installed to facilitate cleaning and drainage inside the compartment, preventing mosquitoes from entering. Elevating warning lights are installed at the front and rear of the box. When the box is separated from the chassis, they flash; when in contact, they stop flashing, achieving the function of lowering the box to the bottom for reminder. On each side of the box, there are two anti-collision strips (stainless steel pre-buried with a width of 50mm and a thickness of 8mm), standard catering cart with 316 stainless steel thickened hinged plates, and 250mm-wide and 8mm-thick stainless steel plates are pre-buried inside the two sides of the box. The front and rear ends of the catering cart hinged plates are welded to the door frame and the locking plates, fixing the plates to ensure that the plates are permanently fixed to the catering cart and the cart will not loosen or detach, with one-meter screws for reinforcement.
