Main components description of the Container dolly: (1) The frame is made entirely of [8# channel steel. The upper surface is sealed with ≥3mm patterned steel plate. The outer perimeter of the working surface needs to be covered with channel steel. The net rope hooks need to be welded in the grooves. The diameter of the hook steel is ≥12cm. Eight O-shaped hooks are welded on the top of both sides of the enclosure, and eight L-shaped hooks are welded in the bottom grooves. The welding positions on both sides are consistent. There are 6 V-shaped hooks at the rear bottom. Four O-shaped hooks are welded on the top of the front enclosure. (2) The mop is made of seamless steel pipe with a diameter of 42mm × 5mm. The mop head is made of 25mm round steel. The mop has dual functions of multi-vehicle connection and braking. When lowered, it can automatically brake. A handle needs to be added to the mop; the turning is achieved by a turntable, which can rotate 360 degrees. The diameter of the turntable is 500mm; the outer circle of the front wheel is braked by the brake. There should be triangular reinforcement at the connection points of the mop. The total length of the mop is 1460mm. The distance from the outermost part of the mop ring to the front end of the workbench is 1050mm. When two mops of the same batch and model are connected, the distance between the front and rear should be ≥110cm to avoid contact between the two vehicles when turning at 90 degrees. When not in use, they should be inserted into the rear frame, and the height of the wheel stops after installation should not be higher than the plane of the flat car to prevent falling off (a safety pin is required). (8) In the groove of the channel steel on the left side of the flat car body, a strip one-dimensional code is installed. Four points of aluminum sheet are fastened. (9) The rust removal is carried out by the most effective automatic rotating closed shot blasting machine, then the advanced anti-rust primer is used for rust prevention, and finally two layers of advanced magnetic paint finish (non-fading).
