My cousins are clearing out items from their “Dad’s house (He has been moved to a nursing home) and he no longer needs the items and he’s happy to have some extra money for other expenses. Sorry I won't be home until next weekend But I don't promise to hold them for you until then…To reserve an item. A deposit would required for it to be marked sold in your name. Once the deposit is paid, I will not open the discussion with anyone else… This ensures that the item is held for you until I return, at which point you can inspect the item and decide whether to purchase. Deposits are fully refundable if you choose not to proceed after inspection.
