TRADE FINANCE & INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE PROFESSIONALS — NAIROBI USD OPPORTUNITY

Description:
TRADE FINANCE & INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE PROFESSIONALS — NAIROBI USD OPPORTUNITY We are seeking to connect with qualified professional counterparties who have experience evaluating and executing international transactions involving significant USD-denominated physical assets. The current opportunity concerns a reported inventory of approximately 30 pallets of USD $100 banknotes, stated to be 2020 series and reportedly held at a customs-controlled facility in the JKIA area of Nairobi, Kenya. Potentially relevant counterparties include: • Trade-finance companies • Authorised FX businesses • Financial institutions • International trading companies • Treasury professionals • Currency specialists • Corporate finance professionals • Experienced transaction advisers The process should be documentation-led. A qualified buyer should be able to request and independently verify the relevant documentation before making any binding commitment. The review should cover the inventory, ownership, provenance, warehouse custody, customs position, seller authority, applicable regulations and compliance requirements. Where the transaction involves UK or European counterparties, the parties should obtain appropriate professional advice regarding the relevant AML/CFT, sanctions, tax, customs and cross-border financial requirements. The reported commercial structure may be discussed following qualification and verification. We are interested in connecting with professionals who understand complex international transactions — not simply individuals looking for quick opportunities. If your company has the relevant experience and compliance capability, contact us with a brief corporate profile. #TradeFinance #TradeFinanceUK #InternationalTrade #Nairobi #Kenya #USD #FX #Treasury #CorporateFinance #GlobalBusiness
